That is the purpose of life insurance - to provide funds for those left behind. As an eligible employee, you are provided with $15,000 of life insurance through Anthem, at no cost to you.

Life insurance provides a lump sum payment to your beneficiaries (whom you select) in the event of your death. Big Brand Tire offers a voluntary plan that allows you to purchase additional life insurance coverage. This plan is optional and paid for by you.
